HubSeek Hosting Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the HubSeek Affiliate Program. By joining and participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1 To participate in the HubSeek Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old.
1.2 This program is open to individuals and entities who operate a website or other online presence that is directly relevant to our web hosting services.
2. Commission Structure
2.1 Affiliates will earn a commission of 50% on the initial invoice for every sale made through their affiliate link.
2.2 Affiliates will also earn 25% of the recurring payments for the customer referred, for up to 120 months from the initial sale date.
2.3 The minimum payout threshold is $25. If your earnings do not reach this amount, the balance will carry over to the next payout period.
3. Payout Terms
3.1 Payouts are made 45 days after the sale to account for the refund period.
3.2 Automated payouts via PayPal are processed on the 46th day after the sale if PayPal is selected as the payout method.
3.3 Alternatively, earnings can be deposited into a designated wallet within your affiliate account.
3.4 Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their PayPal or wallet information is accurate and up to date.
4. Tracking and Attribution
4.1 HubSeek uses Upmind.com for tracking affiliate sales. Affiliates are responsible for using the correct affiliate links provided by HubSeek to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
4.2 HubSeek is not responsible for any misattribution or tracking issues due to incorrect usage of affiliate links.
5. Refunds and Chargebacks
5.1 If a customer referred by an affiliate requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, any commissions earned on that sale will be deducted from the affiliate’s balance.
5.2 If a chargeback or refund occurs after a payout has been made, the amount will be deducted from future earnings.
6. Affiliate Responsibilities
6.1 Affiliates are expected to promote HubSeek in a legal and ethical manner. Any use of spam, misleading claims, or any other unethical practices will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
6.2 Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.
7. Termination
7.1 HubSeek reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, at any time.
7.2 If an affiliate account is terminated, any pending commissions will be forfeited.
8. Modification of Terms
8.1 HubSeek reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through their affiliate account dashboard.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 By joining the HubSeek Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10.2 HubSeek reserves the right to withhold or cancel any commissions earned through fraudulent or unethical means.
