HubSeek respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. This Intellectual Property Policy outlines the guidelines for content ownership, usage rights, and procedures for addressing violations.
- Customer Content Ownership
- Customers retain full ownership of the content, data, and materials they upload to their hosting accounts. HubSeek does not claim ownership over any user-generated content hosted on our servers.
- Responsibility for Content
- Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the content they upload or distribute through HubSeek’s services does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. This includes copyrighted material, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights.
- Hosting, sharing, or distributing pirated content, unlicensed software, or any material that violates intellectual property laws is strictly prohibited.
- Reporting Infringement
- If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by a customer or content hosted on our servers, please notify us by submitting a detailed infringement notice to help@prosupportdesk.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing material or terminating the user’s account.
- DMCA Compliance
- HubSeek complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We process all DMCA takedown notices in accordance with the law and reserve the right to remove any content found to be in violation.
- Use of HubSeek’s Intellectual Property
- HubSeek retains all rights to its logos, trademarks, and service marks. You may not use HubSeek’s branding without prior written permission, except as required for the use of the services.
